The Spandau prison, which had seven top nazies imprisoned after the Nürnberg trials in 1947, are almost gone. Most of the old prison buildings was torn down in 1987, only a few is left standing and some of them are part af a shopping center area.

The seven prisoners were Rudolf Hess, Walther Funk, Erich Raeder, Albert Speer, Baldur von Schirach, Konstantin von Neurath and Karl Dönitz.
